Ramadan:Professor Akeem Azeez Apempe Distributes Cash gifts to Muslim Faithful across Ado LGAs
In the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Tertiary Education, Prof. Akeem Azeez Apempe, has extended a gesture of generosity by distributing cash gifts to Muslim faithful across Ado Ekiti Wards.
The distribution, which saw (140) beneficiaries cut across the Ado LGAs, was aimed at supporting fasting Muslims and ensuring they have access to nutritious meals for iftar and sahur.
Professor Akeem Azeez emphasised the importance of giving during Ramadan and the need to support those who may be facing economic hardships, emulating Gov. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji's usual gestures.
