These self-serving leaders exploit young people, using them to fight battles that only benefit the leaders themselves.

BAO's approach is refreshing, as he prioritizes the needs of residents and creates opportunities for young people.His ensuring peaceful political firmament in Ekiti through convergence of interest deserves applause. BAO is helping to build a brighter future for Ekiti State.In sharp contrast, greedy leaders are only interested in amazing wealth and oppressing the people.They use young people as pawns in their game of self-interest, without caring about the impact on the community.

BAO's leadership style is a beacon of hope, showing that politics can be a force for good when leaders prioritize leadership by example through good governance.By empowering young people, BAO is helping to create a more just and equitable society.

As we can see from the Samburu community in Kenya, young people play a crucial role in shaping their society's future. In Ekiti State under his glorious administration, young people are encouraged to take on leadership roles and develop their skills through youth in agriculture and other empowerment scheme.

Similarly, BAO's efforts to bring more young people into politics and encouraging productivity in farming can help to solving food insecurity, creating a more vibrant and inclusive democracy.By empowering young people, BAO is helping to build a brighter future for Ekiti State, one that is characterized by justice, equality, and opportunity for all.
