The leadership and people of Ekiti South Senatorial District heartily congratulate His Excellency, Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, and his deputy, Her Excellency Chief Mrs Monisade Afuye on the auspicious occasion of their two-year anniversary as the Governor and Deputy Governor of Ekiti State. This milestone represents a significant period of impactful leadership, visionary governance, and remarkable achievements that have positively transformed the lives of the people of Ekiti State.

Governor Oyebanji's administration has distinguished itself through its commitment to improving infrastructure, education, healthcare, agriculture, and security, ensuring that no part of Ekiti State is left behind in the march towards progress. The inclusiveness of his governance has promoted unity and development across all districts, and we, the people of Ekiti South, are particularly proud of the positive strides made during this period.

Hon Tope Agidi debunks malicious propaganda against Governor Biodun Oyebanji's program   The attention of well-meaning Ekiti people has been drawn to the misleading and reckless post by Mr. Opeyemi Falegan, alleging that His Excellency, Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, is “stealing” funds budgeted for the elderly.  This statement is not only false, but a deliberate attempt to misinform the public and belittle the social investment efforts of government. For the avoidance of doubt, the Owo Arugbo programme is alive and active.
